STRENGTH

Our strength training follows a 3-week progressive overload cycle designed for sustainable strength and long-term progress.
>> Week 1: Higher reps focusing on range of motion, control, and movement quality
>> Week 2: Moderate reps with increased load
>> Week 3: Lower reps (1–6), including tempo work, isometric holds, and max-effort challenges
Foundational lifts like squat, deadlift, bench press, and hip thrust are always part of our program because these lifts allow you to track real strength progress over time.
A week of lifts include the following classes:
>> Monday - Lower body
>> Tuesday - Upper body
>> Thursday - Posterior chain
>> Saturday - Full body
ENGINE & ENDURANCE
You know what it is — this work hits hard, but it builds the engine that changes everything.
Expect a powerful combination of strength and conditioning designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, elevate work capacity, and build total-body strength. Every session is structured with purpose — so you’re not just sweating; you’re progressing
At Fit House Denver, we train you for performance — whether that’s race day or real life with classes that include:
>> Iron Engine (Wednesday)
Build your base. Sustain effort. Control your pace. Develop the aerobic engine that powers everything else.
>> Threshold Intervals (Friday)
Push your limits.Short bursts. High output. Recover fast and go again — this is where grit is built.
>> Fusion & Race Day (Sunday)
The full test. Longer sessions. Heavy lifts. Engine work. Mobility. Everything combined into one high-performance experience. Plus, HYROX simulations and benchmark events to track your progress.

Available during all class hours, the Engine Room gives you the flexibility to train alongside our schedule — on your time, at your level.

While we love group classes, we understand that they’re not for everyone or for every goal. That’s exactly why we make time to work with clients 1-on-1 to discuss where they’re at and where they want to go.
