Our workouts will no doubt leave you needing to recover. We have a cold plunge tub, infrared sauna, Normatec compression equipment and specialty classes to help you feel your best. Sessions can be purchased separately or at a discounted rate as a Fit House member.

Physical therapists, chiropractors, personal trainers, and more use cold-water immersion as a way to relieve pain, speed up muscle recovery and more. This is in addition to the increasing the concentration of dopamine by 250% for an instant mood boost.

INFRARED SAUNA

One of the main advantages of using an infrared sauna for athletes is its ability to enhance recovery. The heat generated by the sauna penetrates deep into the muscles, increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation, which can help alleviate soreness and accelerate healing after workouts. Infrared saunas can also aid in weight loss by increasing metabolism, and promote detoxification by sweating out toxins.

 

Furthermore, the heat can improve cardiovascular function, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality, all of which can have a positive impact on athletic performance.
