Ben is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal strength, mobility, and overall well-being. He brings a passion for fitness and overall wellness/mindfulness training to help clients gain strength, live their best lives and do the activities they love with ease. With Ben’s expertise and hands-on approach, clients can expect energy, positivity, and a training style tailored to their unique goals and abilities.


When Ben is not working with clients, you can find him hitting the slopes on his snowboard, mountain biking, scuba diving, surfing, playing music, catching a live show or indulging in a delicious cinnamon roll.
